All of them is in Truckpaint & there is a template including for all of them.

Trailer cable/coupling is hidden behind the cover & will disappear when connecting a trailer.
There is a few slots for light and two reverse light on top, and behind the wall if you lift the camera there will be slots to put some small light to light up the back of the cab.
